NGALIBA is an animatic which shows how female especially young girls in many African Countries are facing the problem of Female Genital Mutilation. Society with or without knowing the effects of FGM keep carrying out the act because they still belive in their traditions and customs. Parents themselves take their daughter to the NGALIBA for FGM because of their poor taraditional and customs which violates fundamental human rights. This Animatic is going to help people by showing them that the result of FGM is Pain and Death so they can Stop FGM.
Kesha N. Pandakilima,is a Tanzanian artist who is pursuing his Master of Art in Fine Arts at University of Dar es salaam,Tanzania. He is works with different companies and studios as storyboard artist, 2D & 3 Character designer,Illustrator and visual concept developer.Also he is a Art Techer who conducts classes for individuals and classes in schools and univesity. Pandakilima also works with different individuals and companies to present their written idea into visual like comic book,story book and editorial cartoon.To transform his society from bad to good through his skills is what he likes to do
